E&T in the NewsDecember 19, 2011E&T's Annual Giving Contest a Success Ellin and Tucker employees contributed $3,130 to three charities during our 2nd annual “Cubicle Confinement for Charity” contest. This year’s “winning” partner was relocated from his nice office with a view of beautiful downtown Baltimore to a Mexican-themed cubicle. Three partners volunteered to compete for contributions pledged to charities of their choosing. Reigning Cubicle Confinement champion, Meyer Wolman, returned and faced off against Joel Kaye and Todd Feuerman with the contestant receiving the most donation dollars being crowned on December 13th at our annual Holiday Party. The competition was tight, until the final day when Joel Kaye took a commanding lead and is now confined to this special cubicle for the remainder of 2011. The real contest winners were the Casey Cares Foundation ($1,395 donated for Joel), the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital ($1,075 contributed for Todd) and the Kennedy Krieger Institute ($660 donated for Meyer). Please check out our Facebook page for great pictures of Joel’s temporary “home away from home.” |
